Course Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Hope InfoTech Training Consultancy is committed to providing high-quality training services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your enrollment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which course cancellations and rescheduling are managed.

2. Cancellation by Student

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, the following terms apply:

• Prior to Batch Start: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled batch start date are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees).
• After Batch Start: Once the batch has commenced and digital access/materials have been provided, cancellations are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances.

To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team in writing via email at hopeinfotech@gmail.com.

3. Rescheduling by Student

If you are unable to attend your scheduled batch, you may request to be transferred to the next available batch of the same course. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of your original batch. You are allowed one free reschedule per enrollment. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Hope InfoTech

Hope InfoTech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event we cancel a course entirely, enrolled students will be offered the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future batch.
• In the event of a significant schedule change, students will be notified promptly and offered the option to continue with the new schedule, transfer to another batch, or receive a refund.

Hope InfoTech is not liable for any personal expenses incurred by the student as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling.
