1. Overview
Hope InfoTech Training Consultancy provides IT training services that are delivered purely digitally or through in-person classroom sessions. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, traditional shipping policies do not apply to our services. This document outlines how course materials and digital access are delivered to enrolled students.
2. Digital Service Delivery
Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation for any of our training programs, you will receive digital delivery of services as follows:
- Live Classes: Access links (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for live online training sessions will be sent to your registered email address or WhatsApp number at least 24 hours prior to the batch start date.
- LMS Access: If your course includes access to a Learning Management System (LMS) or a student portal, login credentials will be provisioned and emailed to you within 48 hours of enrollment.
- Course Materials: Digital study materials, assignments, and recording access (if applicable) are provided via our student portal or shared cloud storage folders directly linked to your registered email address.
3. Delivery Timelines
Digital access provisioning is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearance. Access to live classes begins on the scheduled batch start date. If there is a delay in receiving your access credentials, please contact our support team immediately.
4. Technical Requirements
To access our digital services, students are responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum technical requirements, including a stable internet connection, a compatible device (PC or Laptop), and any required baseline software mentioned in the course prerequisites. We are not liable for access issues stemming from the student's local hardware or internet limitations.
