Enquiry form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Hope InfoTech staff. Email notifications about new submissions are sent to our registered Gmail account via Google Apps Script. Both services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain enquiry records for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If you enrol in a course, we retain relevant records for the duration of your enrolment and up to 2 years thereafter for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
