Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Hope InfoTech website (hopeinfotech.com) or enrolling in any of our training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or enrol in our courses.

2. Course Enrolment

• Enrolment in a course is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed course fee (or agreed instalment, where a payment plan has been discussed).
• Seats in any batch are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on confirmed enrolment.
• Hope InfoTech reserves the right to reschedule or combine batches with advance notice to enrolled students.

3. Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in the manner agreed with Hope InfoTech staff prior to the start of the batch.
• Instalment plans, where offered, must be adhered to on the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to training materials and sessions.
• Course fees quoted are inclusive of all training materials, recordings, and lab access provided during the course.

4. Rescheduling & Batch Transfers

• Students who are unable to continue in their enrolled batch may request a batch transfer to the next available batch for the same course, subject to seat availability.
• Batch transfer requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the batch session being missed.
• Hope InfoTech does not guarantee specific session timings for transferred students if the new batch schedule differs from the original.

6. Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All training materials, recorded sessions, slides, lab guides, and course content provided by Hope InfoTech are the intellectual property of Hope InfoTech.
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or sell any course material in any form without prior written permission from Hope InfoTech.
• Recording of live training sessions by students is not permitted without explicit written consent.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, other students, and Hope InfoTech staff. Hope InfoTech reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates these terms.

8. Placement Support

• Hope InfoTech provides placement support, resume review, and interview preparation as part of its training programs.
• Placement support is facilitated on a best-effort basis. Hope InfoTech does not guarantee employment to any student.
• "100% Placement Support" means we actively assist all eligible students through our hiring network and interview preparation — it is not a guaranteed job offer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hope InfoTech's liability in any matter related to these terms or the use of its training services is limited to the course fee paid by the student. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of income or employment opportunity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
