Refund Policy

Overview

Hope InfoTech is committed to providing high-quality IT training. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this refund policy to be fair to both students and our institute. Please read the policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Cancellation Before Course Start

• More than 7 days before the batch start date: Full refund of the course fee paid, minus a processing fee of ₹500 or 5% of the fee paid (whichever is lower).
• 3–7 days before the batch start date: 50% refund of the course fee paid.
• Less than 3 days before the batch start date: No refund. However, the student may request a batch transfer to the next available batch for the same course (subject to availability).

2. After Course Has Started

• Within the first 2 sessions: 25% refund of the total course fee, if the student has a legitimate reason for discontinuing (e.g., documented medical emergency).
• After the second session: No refund. Students who cannot continue may request a batch transfer to the next available batch for the same course.

3. Course Cancellation by Hope InfoTech

In the rare event that Hope InfoTech cancels a batch before it starts, enrolled students will receive a full refund of any fees paid, within 7 business days. Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration or booking fees, where separately charged.
• Course fees for sessions already attended.
• Third-party certification exam fees (where facilitated through Hope InfoTech).
• Any course materials or lab access already provided to the student.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within the applicable window:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Disputes

Any refund disputes not resolved through direct communication may be escalated to the management team at Hope InfoTech. Our decision on escalated disputes is final. These terms are governed by Indian law, and any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
